If you register for an event that we host, whether in-person or online, we may collect

email address, as well as specific information relevant to the event for which you are
registering, including player names, ages, emergency contacts, medical information,
and parent/guardian details for youth participants.
User Content
We may allow you and other Users of our Services to share their own content with
others. This may include posts, comments, reviews, or other User-generated content.
Unless otherwise noted when creating such content, this information may be shared
publicly through our Services.
Payment Information
If you make a purchase through our Services (such as league registration fees,
tournament entry, or merchandise), we collect order information such as your name,
billing address, and payment method details. We use third-party payment processors
(e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or similar services) to handle these transactions, and we do not
store full credit card numbers or banking details on our servers.
Player & Team Information
For basketball programs, leagues, and tournaments, we collect player names,
ages/grades, jersey sizes, parent/guardian contact information, emergency contacts,
and medical/allergy information required for participation and safety.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

registrations, rosters, schedules, and event operations

(GoDaddy), payment processors, registration platforms (Exposure Events), email
services, and analytics providers
⦁ Event partners including gyms/facilities (Sonnentag Center, UW-Eau Claire),
insurance providers (eSportsInsurance, AAU), and tournament sanctioning bodies
(AAU) as required for participation
⦁ Team parents/coaches limited roster and contact information for
league/tournament coordination
⦁ Legal authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the safety of
participants
⦁ Business transfers in connection with any merger, sale, or acquisition of all or part
of our business
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for general audiences but collect information from
parents/guardians of youth basketball players under 13. We require verifiable parental
consent before collecting personal information from children under 13, typically
through registration forms signed by parents/guardians.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect
your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or
electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable
means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Rights and Choices

registration and payment records are typically kept for 7 years per insurance
requirements.

your personal information (we do not sell data).
